Mobilizing Global Business for Change
B20, or Business 20, is a pivotal platform where the global business community converges annually to engage with G20 nations. The group's mission is to represent the interests of businesses worldwide and to facilitate meaningful dialogue between the private and public sectors, aiming to actively contribute to G20 policies through strategic recommendations
In B20 Brasil 2024, the focus is on "Inclusive Growth for a Sustainable Future”, a theme that is structured around five central pillars:
Promote inclusive growth and combat hunger, poverty and inequality
Accelerate a fair net zero transition
Increase productivity through innovation
Foster the resilience of global value chains
Enhance human capital
To drive action around these pillars, B20 Brasil has mobilized over 1,000 business leaders from G20 countries and international organizations, arranging them into seven task forces and one action council. Each group is dedicated to a specific core topic, aligned with B20’s overarching priority theme and central pillars

As the Main Partner of B20 Brasil 2024, McKinsey engages in constructive and forward-looking dialogues to support the Secretariat and participants with fact-based knowledge, driving the B20 group to develop impact-oriented and actionable solutions for sustainable and inclusive growth
As Knowledge Partner, McKinsey supports building the B20 Brasil strategic theme by providing fact-based content for task force and Action Council discussions
